Stellar Equipment
Stellar Equipment is a fashion-led D2C brand operating online through a single ecommerce store. With ambitions to modernise and scale, they needed a platform and operating model that could support growth without adding unnecessary complexity

Stellar Equipment had been operating on an older WordPress setup that had served them well over time, but legacy structures were increasingly beginning to limit flexibility and slow development. As an online-only brand with one core store, their entire commercial performance depends on the quality and reliability of their digital experience. The ambition was to stay on Centra as their ecommerce platform while modernising the content management layer with a more flexible and future-proof CMS. At the same time, they wanted to significantly upgrade the user experience and ensure the brand was represented consistently across every part of the store
We replaced the legacy WordPress frontend with a modern architecture built on Centra and Storyblok, keeping Centra as the ecommerce engine while introducing a more flexible and scalable CMS layer. In collaboration with Grace Studio, we developed an interactive and contemporary digital experience that better reflects Stellar Equipment’s brand. A key focus was structuring product data and PDP administration efficiently. By defining reusable attributes in Centra and implementing structured product templates in Storyblok, we created a setup that standardises where possible while allowing flexibility where needed, reducing manual work and improving consistency across the catalogue
Stellar Equipment now operates on a modern, scalable foundation without the constraints of their previous WordPress setup. The new architecture improves administrative efficiency while giving the team greater creative control over the brand experience. With a stronger technical structure and a refined user experience, the store is better positioned to support engagement, conversion and long-term growth as an online-only brand
